After the last few patches, the Bind map can no longer be used in Valorant's competitive mode. Now, the Bind map returns along with the new Sunset map. Bind map is now slightly more profitable for the attacker side but as the defender side, you can still enjoy several close areas which you can exploit by using a shotgun to destroy the enemy.

In the Bind map, you’ll need flexible and aggressive agents so they can control the entire map, enter the bomb site and hold the bomb site to win the match. Below are recommendations for the best and worst agents that you can use on the Bind map.

Best Agents on Bind Map

Raze

Raze's ability to have lots of bombs is very suitable for close range maps like Bind. Her Blast Pack provides extraordinary mobility and can be used to create space for her teammates to enter sites or get out of unfavorable situations. Her Ultimate Skill on narrow maps like the Bind map makes it difficult for enemies to avoid her ultimate, and her Bomb ability can be used to control the map and check several spots that are often used by defenders to hold sites.

Apart from being able to be used offensively on the defender side, Raze can also use all of her abilities to withstand attacks by enemies who will enter the site because she is very strong, making her the most frequently used duelist on the Bind map.

Brimstone

Brimstone offers many useful utilities in Bind map, including Sky Smokes, Stim Beacon, Molotov, and Ultimate Laser. He can be a strong controller along with agents like Viper or Harbor, or even act as a solo smoker in the team due to his strong abilities.

Sage

Sage’s Barrier Orb is very useful in filling the lack of defensive utility in the Bind map. Sage’s Walls are very effective for controlling the map and blocking enemy pushes through tight spots. Her Slow Orb ability can also be used well to create favorable situations for the team.

Worst Agents on Bind Map

Neon

Neon isn't the worst choice on the Bind map, but there are better options like Raze, Jett, and Reyna that can create space for teammates more effectively. Neon's abilities are not suitable for maps like Bind because there are many obstacles and narrow spaces that can hinder her movement. However, if you really master this agent, there should be no problem using Neon in the Bind map.

Astra

Astra has a high level of difficulty as a smoker agent, especially her ability to control several map points with the Gravity Well combined with Nova Pulse which will be very deadly if you coordinate with your teammates to be aggressive. However, if you play solo ranked, it is better to use an agent like Brimstone or Omen because apart from being easier to use, you can also have a big impact with a minimum level of difficulty.
