Use Pokemon like Rayquaza (Dragon Tail, Outrage), Rampardos (Smack Down, Rock Slide), Haxorus (Dragon Tail, Dragon Claw), Dialga (Dragon Breath, Draco Meteor), Salamence (Dragon Tail, Outrage), Rhyperior (Mud Slap, Rock Wrecker), etc.

Reshiram can have fast moves like Dragon Breath & Fire Fang, while for its Charge Moves are Draco Meteor, Overheat, Stone Edge, & Crunch. If you managed to beat Reshiram in the Raid Battle, you have the chance to catch it with 2217-2307 CP (pokemon level 20), and in the range of 2771-2884 CP (level 25) during weather boost (windy or sunny weather). Your Reshiram will become one of the best Dragon or Fire Attacker to be used in the future.
