After the V5.7.0 update, some clubs in PES had some changes to their formations and/or rosters. And one of the biggest clubs in Spain, Real Madrid, is no exception. On this occasion, I would like to discuss the Real Madrid Preset Team. Let’s get into it.

1. Formation

Ancelotti’s Real Madrid plays 4-3-3, a formation that suits those of you who want to be the one who initiates attacks.

2. Playing Style

The playing style of this Real Madrid squad is Possession Game, where the team relies on the two wide players and one Striker upfront.

The team also has 2 Orchestrator CMFs: Modric and Toni Kross, who will feed the Forwards with passes, increasing the chances for them to score goals.

Plus, Real Madrid has Alaba who can play in various positions and roles, which is very useful when there’s an injured LB/RB/CB/DM/or CMF.

During attacks, not every player will go up and help build the attack. Only several players will make runs and ask for the ball upfront since this Coach has a Low Support Range of only 3 points.

3. Defensive Style

Real Madrid’s Defensive Style is a Front Line Pressure, where the Forwards will put pressure on any of the opposing defenders who have the ball while also cutting down their passing lanes.

4. Strengths

Real Madrid’s main strength is the 2 incredible passers as the CMFs and some of the best players in their respective positions that suit well with the Coach. You don’t need to tinker with the formation or lineup as they’re the best in their positions.

5. Weaknesses

In my opinion, Real Madrid’s weakness is that Benzema is completely irreplaceable as the CF. When this player isn’t in the lineup, it’ll be difficult to control the entire game for Real Madrid.
