Love in Game tells the story of Livy (played by Livy Renata), who likes to play games, especially Mobile Legends. In the game, Livy, who uses the in-game name CatLover, meets a player with the name LoneWolf.

CatLover is a Karina user, while LoneWolf loves to play as Chou. In addition to pushing rank in Mobile Legends together, Livy and LoneWolf also communicate intensely via chat. However, the two have yet to introduce each other's real names.

Because of the frequent playing together with LoneWolf, Livy is trapped in blind love, which is a condition where she falls in love with someone she has not met. While in real life, Livy starts to get close to a college friend named Julian (Julian Jacobs) who seems to like her. The question is, who will win Livy's heart? LoneWolf or Julian?

Love in Game Relates to Gamers’ Lives

Livy the main character is an embodiment of a gamer who spends a lot of time in the game. Even Livy, for the sake of pushing her rank in the game, stayed up all night. As a result, Livy always wakes up late and also late for her morning class. In the end, Livy got punished by her teacher.

Love in Game is a Comedic Yet Imaginative Show

In conclusion, Love in Game is a funny and imaginative show. This is supported by Arif Alfiansyah, the comedian who plays Mr. Yanto, Livy's personal driver. Arif's acting as Pak Yanto is not much, but once he appears on screen, he will make you laugh out loud. For example, when he panicked, Pak Yanto could suddenly breakdance.

Another uniqueness is that when the characters play Mobile Legends, the scenes are executed with advanced imagination. What happens in the game immediately feels in real life. For example, when hit by the magic hero Harley, the player's face is immediately thrown playing cards out of nowhere, or getting hit by a Fire Skill, the player’s face will immediately burn and scorched, as well as getting hit by a Water Skill, the player’s face will get wet.

With comical visual effects, Love in Game is guaranteed to entertain the audience. In addition, the visual effects can increase the audience's imagination to feel the same sensation as experienced by the characters in the film.

With a song titled “So Wrong But So Right”, Afgan was chosen as the singer for the original soundtrack of Love in Game. The choice of Afgan was appropriate because Afgan's voice was included in the exciting scenes in the film.
