Netmarble has officially launched RF Online Next, a sci-fi-themed MMORPG now available for Android, iOS, and PC in South Korea. This game serves as a continuation of the original RF Online, which first debuted in 2004. After being showcased at G-STAR 2023, RF Online Next now offers a fresh take on large-scale faction wars with a futuristic vibe and significantly upgraded visuals.

Blending science fiction with fantasy elements, RF Online Next introduces six unique character classes, each with stunning designs. One standout feature is the Bio Suit system, which allows players to freely switch between classes. Powered by Unreal Engine 5, the game's graphics are sharp, detailed, and visually impressive.

A major highlight is the classic three-faction system Bellato Union, Accretia Empire, and Holy Alliance Cora which now incorporates a regional twist, allowing players to align with factions based on their country of origin. Additionally, players can summon powerful companions known as Animus, adding a strategic edge to combat.

Another key feature is large-scale battles, including the Mine War mode, which supports up to 450 players in a single battlefield. The game also introduces free-flying mechanics, letting players explore the world of RF Online Next more freely and dynamically.

Although currently exclusive to South Korea, the launch of RF Online Next reflects Netmarble’s bold vision to revive the legacy of the RF Online franchise. Korean players can now download the game via Google Play Store and App Store. Unfortunately, there is no official word yet on a global release.
