Gravity Game Arise Co., Ltd. (located in Chuo-ku, Tokyo) announced that River Tails: Stronger Together is available starting today on Steam Early Access. A co-op platformer game with charming 3D graphics and animation, developed by Italian duo Indie Kid Onion Studio and released by Gravity Game Arise. River Tails: Stronger Together tells about the unique friendship of a cat named Furple and a fish named Finn. Together exploring adventures in a beautiful natural environment, Furple and Finn must work together if they don't want to lose what they love most.

To celebrate the release of the Early Access version of River Tails: Stronger Together, the game will be on sale at a 20% discount until March 23, 2023.

Take on the role of the curious and lively Furple or the relaxed but ambitious Finn, and team up to sail the river of fun but challenge. Piranhas, frogs, spikes, traps, secrets, friendly otters and lots of fun await you along the way.

It all started on the tip of a very high iceberg, when one day an innocent kitten, Furple, wandered too far from home and made a very frightening discovery. In a moment of panic, Furple fell into a flowing river and drifted to the foot of a mountain – very far from home. This is where Furple's initial encounter with Finn takes place.

Hot-tempered Finn isn't thrilled that this innocent, feisty purple kitten has just walked into his life, but he quickly realizes they can help each other out. Furple desperately wants to go home and Finn has just lost a valuable possession stolen from him. With their different skills, the cat and fish agree to face this adventure together.

The Early Access presents two gameplay worlds, each world consisting of three levels and one final boss level, as well as the chance to find Beaver Resort! Bonus levels and some CG cutscenes are also available as part of Early Access.

The first world you'll venture into in Early Access is a jungle river, where the dynamic duo first meet and learn how to work together to make progress. Watch out for the Piranhas – they are fiercer than they look!

The second world to explore is the frog temple. Sounds peaceful right? Apparently not! This Amphibian wouldn't be happy to see Finn and Furple enter his territory! You have to fight hard to get past the obstacles in this area.

As the player continues the adventure, the player will meet a furry friend with a raft who offers him a ride to the Beaver Resort. This resort is full of fun, laughter and new challenges.

Can it be played solo or online?

Solo game mode 'Lone Wolf' is available, but the game will be more interesting if played by 2 players. And if players want to try something a bit more challenging, try playing together in 'Lone Wolf' mode, with each player using half of one controller!

Currently the online mode is still not available and the development team is concentrating on local Co-op only. However, if there are many suggestions from players, an online version may be developed in the future. And due to the absence of online mode, players can play locally with only one player purchasing the game and can be played together!
