There are lots of surprises coming at the M5 World Championship for the upcoming Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB). One of the surprises was the presence of a new team from Saudi Arabia at this tournament.

Triple Esports' Journey to M5

Previously, it was mentioned that the journey for the team from Saudi Arabia to get a slot for M5 was not easy. They even had to take part in the KSA Server qualifying round to be able to join MPL MENA Fall 2023. Luckily, they were able to be in the top group and get a slot for MPL MENA Fall this season.

In the MPL MENA Fall itself, the Triple team showed real dominance during the regular season. With only two defeats, they were immediately in second place in the final standings of the MPL MENA Fall 2023 regular season.

Of course, the results they got in the regular season made the team from Saudi Arabia gain an advantage. They immediately got a place in the Upper Bracket Final of the MPL MENA Fall Playoffs this season.

Unfortunately, in the Upper Bracket Final, they lost to Team Falcons with a score of 0-2. Making the Triple team have to go down to the Lower Bracket Final and fight Twisted Minds. Fortunately, they were able to beat Twisted Minds with a score of 3-0 and advanced to the Grand Final round.

In the Grand Final round, the Triple team again met Team Falcons, who had previously relegated them to the Lower Bracket Final. However, this unfortunate incident did not happen again in this deciding round. Yes, Triple Esports was able to silence Team Falcons with a score of 4-2 in this round. Making them emerge as champions of MPL MENA Fall 2023, as well as getting a slot for the M5 World Championship.
