Bad behavior can be very detrimental. Recently, there was a case of racism received by Geek Fam MY while doing a ranked match to practice and seek entertainment. While practicing, they faced Team OP from Singapore.

The meeting of these two big teams was recorded because one of the players from MY's Geek Fam, Dominus, was doing a live stream. In that match, Team OP was far superior to Dominus and his colleagues. Then made one of the Team OP players comment.

Unfortunately, the match game comments actually lead to racial things that corner Muslims. One of them is Dara who mentions the word "terrorist" to PA and Ryeb who writes inappropriate words related to Muslim holy places.

Dominus, who was doing a live stream, immediately reminded his opponents. Moreover, the live streaming was seen by many people. Unfortunately, Team OP didn't care about that and continued their bad words.

After the match was over, Dominus immediately went to Team OP's Instagram account and showed who was involved in the bad incident. Some of the players seen are Ryeb, Bush, Dara and PA.

Angry netizens immediately attacked Team OP's post to join MPL SG Season 3. Netizens reported what happened. Not standing still, the MPL Singapore and Malaysia immediately moved quickly.

An investigation was then carried out until finally the decision to impose punishment on the OP Team was confirmed. Even Team OP management immediately conducted an internal investigation and apologized to gamers. The OP team emphasized that they did not justify the forms of discrimination that occurred.

Team OP was punished by terminating Ryeb, Dara and PA's contracts. Bush received a large fine which would then be donated. So what about the MPL? They give them great penalties!

MPL Malaysia announced the sentence for the roster as follows:

• 2 years ban on 3 Team OP players
• 1 year ban on 1 Team OP player
• Deduction of 10 points to Team OP in Regular Season (equivalent to 5 matches out of 7 total Regular Season matches).
