The MPL ID Season 6 match on Sunday (6/9) featured RRQ Hoshi against Aura Fire, which ended dramatically. In the RRQ Hoshi’s line-up, Lemon wasn’t played and replaced by Wizzking on the side-lane. While Albert remained as the main Core.
RRQ Hoshi was still trying to find the momentum in Game 1. VaanStrong’s Chang'e managed to disorganized RRQ Hoshi. While Albert’s Lancelot was quite well, it wasn’t enough to lead RRQ Hoshi to secure Game 1.
In Game 2, RRQ Hoshi got back up by playing aggressively. Albert’s play reminds us of XINN with his courageous plays to serve as the initiator with his Ling. Albert’s bold plays led RRQ Hoshi to bagged a win in Game 2.
The last game was an intense one. RRQ Hoshi had to race from behind since Albert was struggling to stop Vans’ Kimmy with her consecutive attacks. However, the error made by Aura Fire in the late game allowed Albert to secure a Maniac as well as a perfect momentum for RRQ Hoshi to take over the game.
Sure enough, finally, the King of the Kings managed to grab the last team fight and get a hard-fought victory after 4 consecutive defeats. Is this a sign of the King’s return?
