The Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) Pacific 2025 Stage 2 competition continues, with the Lower Bracket Finals featuring two new teams: Rex Regum Qeon (RRQ) and TALON. Held in Tokyo, Japan, Valorant fans packed the LaLa Arena Tokyo Bay Stadium. Fans eagerly awaited which team would advance to the VCT Pacific 2025 Stage 2 Grand Finals, where they faced Paper Rex.

The journeys of both teams were certainly extraordinary. TALON pulled off a major upset in the Upper Bracket of the VCT Pacific 2025 Stage 2 playoffs, defeating renowned teams like Nongshim Redforce and DRX before ultimately falling to Paper Rex and dropping to the Lower Bracket. Meanwhile, RRQ experienced some less than ideal luck early in the playoffs.

After being defeated by T1, RRQ dropped to the lower bracket and surprisingly defeated several up-and-coming South Korean teams, including Gen.G Esports and DRX, before finally gaining revenge on T1 and advancing to the Lower Bracket Final, or Tokyo Finals, of VCT Pacific 2025 Stage 2, where they faced TALON. It was truly an incredible journey for both teams.

However, in the end, only one team will face Paper Rex in the Grand Final of VCT Pacific 2025 Stage 2. And that's what RRQ and TALON are fighting for. Who will secure that final spot? Curious about the outcome of the RRQ vs. TALON match? Check out the full review here.
