During a media interview after the 2023 MPLI grand final (19/11/2023), John Theo “Theo” Eusebio coach RSG PH revealed how to build player discipline in the team.

“Based on our performance against AP Bren, we lost in the upper bracket. So, we discussed mistakes and preparations against Bren, how we lost, and what we need to prepare better. When we play in the lower bracket, we play without regrets. As much as possible, we don't repeat mistakes," said Theo.
