3. History of RSG PH

RSG PH was formed before MPL PH Season 8 started, to be precise in July 2021. When it was barely a year old, this team managed to dominate MPL PH Season 9. It even became the representative of the Philippines at MSC 2022 and came out as champion.

4. RSG PH's Journey to Becoming Champion of the 2023 MPL Invitational

RSG PH became the top four in MPL PH S12 and got a slot to compete in MPLI 2023. RSG PH's journey started in group D, the same as RRQ. Being an undefeated team in the group stage, RSG PH has the right to occupy the upper bracket in the 2023 MPLI playoffs.

During the playoffs, RSG PH was sent to the lower bracket by AP Bren. However, RSG PH was able to reach the lower bracket patiently. In the lower bracket, RSG PH was the team that sent home See You Soon, Homebois, and AP Bren.

Until finally, RSG PH met ECHO PH in the grand final. By defeating the M4 champion, RSG PH has the right to lift the 2023 MPLI trophy.
