One of the most interesting aspects of this episode is the battle between Sakamoto and Apart. It begins when Heisuke finds Apart and attempts to kill him with a rifle. Noticing this, Apart moves with incredible reflexes and deflects the bullet with his thread. Apart himself is an assassin who fights using deadly thread.

Just before Heisuke's body is torn apart by Apart using his thread, Sakamoto arrives and severely defeats the thread user. Their fight continues. Sakamoto is unable to slim down because Grandma Miya has numbed certain points in his body.

Grandma Miya is a legendary doctor in the assassin world, capable of healing even the most severe wounds and is nicknamed the "God Hand." Despite retaining his fat body, Sakamoto remains strong and on par with Apart. Their fight continues in the next episode. You can watch this episode on Bstation.
