Resident Evil Village Accused of Copying a Monster Design Without Permission
Resident Evil Village is accused of plagiarising the film Frankenstein's Army with the design of the Strum monster.

The release of Resident Evil Village was not only successful, but also controversial. A filmmaker named Richard Raaphorst accused Capcom of plagiarizing the monsters in the film without permission to appear in Resident Evil Village. This controversial monster is Sturm. This monster uses a plane propeller on its shoulders and head.
The news about plagiarism then went viral after a netizen named @ClonKorp uploaded a picture of the similarities between the monsters made by Richard Raaphorst and Resident Evil Village.

Apart from Sturm, the user also uploaded pictures of other monsters from Resident Evil that are thought to have similarities. Richard Raaphorst himself has made a film called Frankestein's Army which was released in 2013, which features these monsters.
