Donquixote Rosinante or also called Corazon was the younger brother of Doflamingo who is told in Law's flashback story. Corazon ate the Nagi Nagi no Mi, a Paramecia-type devil fruit that allows him to soundproof his surroundings. In other words, when this ability is active, those around him can't hear anything he said.

In the SBS One Piece volume 80 column, a curious reader told Oda about the meaning of nagi. Oda  replied that nagi means a calm sea situation without wind. That's why the Devil Fruit's name is Corazon is Nagi Nagi no Mi.

This ability is more suitable for use by strategists because it is almost useless if used in battle. With Corazon dead, that means the Nagi Nagi no Mi is growing back somewhere. Who do you think will be the second user of this ability?
