In the SBS One Piece column volume 98, a reader asked Oda about the rest of the Straw Hats if they had devil fruit powers. For Nami, Oda answered Goro Goro no Mi, the devil fruit that Enel ate. “A real weather girl. Nothing can stop her! Except for Luffy,” Oda added.

The problem is that Luffy doesn't dare to fight her. This means that Nami would be the strongest in the Straw Hats if she ate the Goro Goro no Mi ability. That is if Nami has devil fruit powers, but it feels like she won't eat any devil fruit until the end of the story.
