Sega surprisingly has announced a new Sonic the Hedgehog game during the Sonic Central Stream event. The information shared is only a teaser trailer without any clear details. Later this game will be released on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.

Besides sharing the mysterious Sonic game teaser. Sega has also announced two new games, namely Sonic Colors Ultimate and Olympic Games Tokyo 2020: The Official Video Game which will be released in 2021.

Sonic Colors Ultimate is a game developed by Blind Squirrel and published under Sega. The plan is that this game will be released soon for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via the Epic Games Store on 7 September 2021.

Meanwhile, the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games: The Official Video Game is the official game of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. This game will feature a Sonic the Hedgehog costume that can be used as a player's avatar. This game itself has already arrived for PS4 and Switch in Japan. But for the West, this game will be available for PS4, Xbox One, Switch, Stadia, and PC via Steam on 22 June 2021.
