ONIC Esports managed to secure their first victory in the MPL ID Season 7 against Genflix Aerowolf in a 2-1 win. ONIC displayed a stunning performance, especially Sanz with his Yi Sun-Shin.

Even though they suffered a hiccup in Game 2, ONIC still managed to grab the last game. There’s a particular reason why ONIC picked Kimmy in Game 3.

“At first, we wanted to pick Yi Sun-Shin, but it’s difficult. Since we’re going for late-game plays, I picked Kimmy, and we also had Vale. In Game 2, we didn’t expect to go up against a tanky Brody. Their Brody managed to stay alive in ganks. And there’s also a bit of miscommunication, that’s why we had a hard time in Game 2,” said Sanz.
