Who has never heard of the Infinity Gauntlet owned by Thanos and Thor’s Stormbreaker that is forged by Eitri in Nidavellir. The place where weapons of gods are forged is well hidden and only few know of the location, even the dwarves who worked there are specially trained to forge weapons with materials that can’t be easily found because they are meant for the gods.

On this occasion, Dunia Games would like to share the list of the 7 weapons of gods in the Marvel Cinematic Universe that was forged in Nidavellir.

1. Mjolnir

Thor's hammer that was previously destroyed by Hela was specially made by Eitri at Nidavellir. It’s quite powerful, which can be a portal to return to Asgard and can also help Thor fly, besides that Mjolnir can also summon lightning and attack the enemies in a large area. In Avengers: Endgame, Thor is not the only person who can use Mjolnir, Captain America can also use this weapon because he is someone who is worthy to wield this hammer.

2. Hofund

The large sword used to open the portal in Asgard that Heimdall used was also meticulously forged at Nidavellir. Of course, in addition to opening portals, Hofund can also be used to fight using blue cosmic flames. Surely this is a good function for Heimdall as the last line of defense from Asgard. Having almost changed hands, Heimdall struggled until the end to save the residents of Asgard.

3. Gungnir

4. Destroyer Armor

One of the weapons that can be controlled automatically is quite effective and is often used in battle by Odin, King of Asgard. Made from metal that has been improved and also some materials that are only found in Nidavellir, the Destroyer will be very dangerous if it goes into the wrong hands such as Loki's.

5. Infinity Gauntlet

Who doesn't know about this destroyer glove that can hold five Infinity Stones. Eitri was forced to make The Infinity Gauntlet with the hope that Nidavellir would not be destroyed and Thanos would not kill the forging dwarves. Unfortunately, the promise was not kept, only Eitri was not killed and Thanos severed his hands so he could not make weapons anymore.

6. Thanos's sword

Thanos’s weapon, which is present in Avengers: Endgame is somewhat tougher than Adamantium because it is forged with a special metal from Nidavellir. Against Stormbreaker and Mjollnir, Thanos's sword can match the two weapons that are both forged in Nidavellir. Unfortunately Thanos had to lose because he was erased by the Infinity Gauntlet worn by Iron Man.

7. Stormbreaker

One of the great hopes came from Thor by bringing a gift from Nidavellir, namely Stormbreaker. Eitri forges for one last time in order to save Thor from Thanos’s genocide. Unfortunately instead of aiming for the head Thor aimed for Thanos' chest which caused half of the human population to be annihilated with the Infinity Gauntlet.
