Did you know that Spider-Man has unique opponents or enemies. In the comic, Spider-Man apparently has 40 villains that have been given ratings according to each of their powers. As Mysterio, played by Jake Gyllenhaal, in the trailer Spider-Man: Far from Home shows the existence of the Sinister Six. So, for those of you who are familiar with Spider-Man must be curious with this group of villains. FYI, Sinister Six is a group of supervillains gathered by Dr. Octopus to defeat Spider-Man. This group consists of six supervillains, here are the members of this group. Who are they? Let’s check out the following list, folks.

6. Dr. Octopus

Before he became a supervillain and Spider-Man’s arch enemy, the man whose real name is Otto Octavius is a very brilliant and respected nuclear scientist, a brilliant inventor and a lecturer. He then created mechanical tentacles to help him with his researches. Those mechanical tentacles are very strong and resistant to radiation as well as various of attacks. In an unfortunate incident in his research, there was a radiation and explosion that made his body become one with the artificial tentacles that he created.

Although the tentacles can be separated, the radiation allows Otto to control the tentacles when separated from him with only mind control. The radiation also increased his physical strength and almost made his eyes blind. He then wears a special glasses to help him see.

5. Electro

Electro, whose real name is Maxwell Dillon, originally he wanted to be an electrical engineer, however his mother said that he was not qualified to be an electrical engineer. Dillon finally became a lineman at the electric company. When he was fixing the giant cables that are still connected to the power source, Dillon fell. Strangely, the super high voltage electricity didn’t kill Dillon but instead transformed him into a human who can produce and control electricity at will. He then uses his power to do evil deeds.

4. Kraven the Hunter

Kraven’s real name is Sergei Kravinoff. Kraven is a hunter who tries to catch or hunt all kinds of wild animals and other strange animals to prove that he is the best hunter in the world. He was tricked by his girlfriend who said that Spider-Man has released his game, that’s why he decided to hunt Spider-Man. 

Unlike most hunters who use arrows or rifles, he hunt only using bare hands or close-range weapons. But in addition to the pure physical strength that he has, he also uses serum to enhance his physical strength so that he can compensate for Spider-Man's abilities.

3. Mysterio

Quentin Beck is originally a stuntman in Hollywood movies, however because he felt that his role was not appreciated, he tried to commit criminal acts. At first, he tried to rob the military industry with Tinkerer’s help. After that, he tried to make some costumes like aliens and also Spider-Man costume. Beck studied Spider-Man for some time and can replicate Spider-Man abilities (except for Spider-sense) with the help of advanced technology. He then disguised himself as Spider-Man and committed criminal acts. After that, he also wore the alien costume that he had prepared and fought the real Spider-Man who had been mistaken to commit criminal act by a lot of people.

2. Sandman

His real name is William Baker, he was originally a criminal who is famous in the mafia world. He was then caught by the FBI and imprisoned for a while. When he was in prison, Baker found out that his girlfriend was cheating with one of his gang members. Filled with anger, he escaped from the prison through a water channel. When he was chased by the police and FBI, Barker run away to an island where there was site of atomic testing center. Unfortunately, when Barker was on his beach, an accident occured and there was an explosion that made Barker exposed to radiation and explosion that made his body united with sand and then rose to become Sandman.

1. Vulture

His real name is Adrian Toomes, he is a very smart and reliable man. He is a electrician and inventor. Toomes has a small company that he owned with his partner called Bestman and Toomes Electronics. However, in the end, Toomes’ partner, Gregory Bestman, cheated him and made Toomes lose his shares. In the comic version, because he was exposed to and worked around electricity, he has a physical strength that surpasses ordinary people.

Toomes then created an armor that can fly and has a variety of vulture-themed weapons. Vulture, which later became his nickname as a villain. In the film version, he also makes weapons from the remnants of alien technology defeated by the Avengers. Vulture itself in the film will be played by Michael Keaton.
