Ichikawa Kyotaro, a school student who feels marginalized, secretly believes that he is the protagonist in a psychological thriller. Previously, Kohana Lam had also sung the closing theme song "Suu Sentimental" for the anime's first season.

Sakurai started the serialization of this manga in Akita Shoten's Weekly Shonen Champion magazine in March 2018. Later, it moved to Akita Shoten's Champion Cross manga website in April 2018. After that, when Champion Cross merged with Akita Shoten's other manga website, Champion Tap!, to form a new website called Manga Cross in July 2018, the manga moved to that site.

Currently, the manga has reached its ninth volume and is becoming increasingly popular. Seven Seas Entertainment will also publish the eighth volume of the manga on April 23rd 2024.
