Love Waves also restores 150–225 (+60% Total Magic Power) HP to allied heroes that are hit. Recharge time is affected by its Cooldown Reduction.

Skill 2 - Puppet on a String: Angela directs the Puppet String at the target enemy, inflicting 300–450 (+40% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage and gradually slowing the target by 80%. If the enemy is still connected to the string after 3 seconds, they will be immobilized for 1.5 seconds and receive 450–675 (+60% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage. Each stack of Lover's Mark increases damage by 20%.

Ultimate - Heartguard: Angela begins channeling, applying a 1200–1800 (+200–280% Total Magic Power) shield lasting 6 seconds to the target allied hero. Once channeling is complete, she attaches herself to an ally for 12 seconds, during which she can cast skills without Mana.

Angela can cast this skill again to cancel the channel or disassociate herself from an ally.

For her first item, Angela can use a shoe item called Magic Shoes. Magic Shoes is the perfect shoes for Angela as apart from increasing Movement Speed, Magic Shoes also increases Cooldown Reduction by 10% which is definitely very useful for Angela so she can spam abilities early in the game thanks to her additional Cooldown Reduction.

Enchanted Talisman

As a hero who relies heavily on her skills, Enchanted Talisman is the best item for Angela that increases additional Magic Power, max HP, and an additional 20% Cooldown Reduction. Apart from that, Enchanted Talisman also has a Passive that allows Angela to recover 15% Mana every 10 seconds.
