Sony Pictures Animation has finally released the first trailer for its latest project, Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse (Part One), which is also the sequel to the film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018). In the teaser, Sony Pictures Animation reunites two Spider-Man, namely Miles Morales (Shameik Moore) being chased by Spider-Man 2099.

Citing IGN.com, the Spider-Verse 2 trailer shows Miles Morales reuniting with Gwen Stacy and revealing new territory. In addition to showing a new reality, the subtitle "Part One" also hints at the continuation of the film with the subtitle Part Two or so. In addition, there is the appearance of Spider-Man 2099, played by Oscar Isaac, who is seen attacking Miles.

In addition to revealing the figure behind Spider-Man 2099, Philip Lord and Christopher Miller also confirmed that this sequel will feature many Spider-Mans from across the universe, both familiar characters and new ones. The trailer also features Miles' reunion with Gwen Stacy (Hailee Steinfeld).

As a new hero and a new reality for Miles Morales to interact with, Across the Spider-Verse is likely to be on a larger scale than the previous film, requiring more than one film to tell its story.
