Information about the release of Stellar Blade was announced at PlayStation State of Play 2024 yesterday. This game will be released on April 26th 2024. The latest trailer shows other details about Stellar Blade, as well as the fighting mechanics. Just check the trailer in the video below!

Players will play as Eve, a member of an air squad left in a post-destruction world to fight against aliens called NA:tives. During the story, he will be accompanied by two colleagues named Adam and Lily. In addition to the hack-and-slash gameplay previously seen, some third-person shooter gameplay is also featured.

We can also see the world in this game, which seems to have an open world concept. There is also a camp in the desert where Eve can restore her health, buy supplies, and get upgrades.

Stellar Blade previously appeared at State of Play in September 2022, where the developer showed a gameplay trailer. This is a new game from Korean developer, Shift Up. Their previous two games were Magna Carta and Destiny Child. This game will be their first work for PS5.
