Are you familiar with Stone Age Begins? Released in 2016, this turn-based RPG with prehistoric theme managed to gain people’s attention. Sometime later, Netmarble would release the new title based on this game called Stone Age World.

In the official press release which shared on Tuesday (19/5), Netmarble stated that Stone Age World would still maintain the signature turn-based MMORPG gameplay. In this game, players will back on collecting unique pets from prehistoric times.

This South Korean developer stated that in Stone Age World,  the world has returned to the prehistoric times, players will play as “Trainer”, a strong Warrior from Tectonika who has the responsibility to protect the area using tamed Pets.

The Trainer can collect, tame, and train more than 250 pets available, starting from iconic prehistoric animals like dinosaurs and woolly mammoths to boars and sabertooth as well as exploring and protecting Tectonika from Machine Civilization!

“In South Korea, the Stone Age was released as an Online PC game. But, this game has developed and has more than 200 million players for more than 20 years and all the game’s services, and we felt challenged, and in the end, the MMORPG mobile version will come to the global market,” said Joong Sun Chang as the Executive Producer Netmarble.

“The combination of dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals in Stone Age World with aesthetic visuals from the game is the perfect combination for players who want to experience the prehistoric world online, filled with strong creatures that can be leveled up alongside the players”, he added.

Stone Age World Opened a Pre-Registration Phase

Until this news is written, there’s no official news regarding when the Stone Age World will be released in Indonesia, remember that if Netmarble has opened a pre-registration phase on Google Play Store and in Apple App Store, the game may be released in the meantime.
