Finally, the Grand Final of UniPin SEACA 2019 that was held from November 8-10 at Balai Kartini is over. There are seven esports competitions joined by numerous teams that are looking for talented players to help bring Indonesia to the world stage.

The high enthusiasm from the audience becomes the parameter that the event is successful. The audience comes from Jabotabek and also other cities like Malang, Banjarmasin, Palembang, Bali, Makasar, Manado, Pontianak. Samarinda, Pekanbaru, Surabaya, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Purwakarta, and Gresik.

The CEO and the Co-Founder of UniPin, Ashadi Ang, expressed his hope that the winner of UniPin SEACA 2019 is recruited by professional teams and become the new generation of esport athletes. He hopes that the sacrifice, dedication, commitment, and determination will help them bring Indonesia to the international stage.

“The success of esport is the responsibility of all sectors, especially the government in coaching and seeding the athlete,” Ashadi Ang says. He then added that the event of UniPin SEACA 2019 is an early investment for the athlete’s physique, mental, and material.

464 participants join the Grand Final and divided into 66 teams. They are competing for a total prize of Rp2.4 billion. Not only that, the event is brightened with the biggest cosplay competition in Indonesia with Nekonopoi, Mayumi Reena, dan Dova from Malaysia as the judge. 

Team Onic Esport successfully won the PUBG Mobile UniPin SEACE 2019 tournament expressed their joy. “We are delighted, especially for those who lift the trophy. And most importantly, the result shows how hard we work,” Matthew, one of the members of team Onic Esports, says.
