Thanks to Undying tied with Evil Geniuses in a 1-1 draw, T1 managed to grab a spot in the upper bracket of the TI10 main event. T1 didn’t enjoy a particularly smooth sailing through the TI10 Group Stage.

The team, which also has two Indonesian players, Whitemon and Xepher, suffered three defeats against Invictus Gaming, Evil Geniuses, and OG. Yet the team was able to rack up spectacular wins in all of the last three consecutive matches against Aster, Alliance, and Team Undying in a 2-0 victory.

T1 did secure a spot in the upper bracket, yet luck isn’t always with the team. The reason being, the draw for the upper bracket puts them against PSG.LGD -- one of the title favorites. Even in the Group Stage, PSG.LGD is yet to lose a match and is on top of the standings!
