The biggest intercollege PUBG Mobile tournament in Indonesia is over. Gunadarma university beats 15 other teams and becomes the best team in the Grand Final of PBUG Mobile Campus Championship 2019. Consistent performances and excellent strategy help Gunadarma University won3 rounds and reach the highest total points 187.

Along with the success of PUBG Mobile tournament, PUBG Mobile Campus Championship 2019 receives a MURI record as “the biggest Offline eSports competition” with 64 Universities all over Indonesia participating.

This achievement is pivotal to all college students in Indonesia since eSports at the Collegiate level are proven to have good competition and great appeal. PUBG Mobile Campus Championship also become a gateway event for the collegiate students to prove their eSports talent at PUBG Mobile,” Gaga Li, PUBG Mobile eSports Director for Southeast Asia stated.

This PMCC tournament shows a dynamic competition since there’s a new top team at each round. Sam Ratulangi University tops the standings on day one with a total of 93 points after their dominant outing in round 4 and 5. Gunadarma University places second thanks to their performance in round 1 and 2.

Mataram University sits at the third with 82 points thanks to their consistency during the whole round. The point difference between each top team is not that big, and every team has a chance to close the gap in day two.

Gunadarma University takes advantage of the chance and shows a great fight, resulting in a consecutive win at round 7 and 8 topping the points of Sam Ratulangi University. Their consistent performance allows them to erase the gap and obtain additional 25 and 28 points, separating them from the 15 other teams. With this, Gunadarma University wins PUBG Mobile Campus Championship 2019 and takes home Rp50,000,000,-.

Sam Ratulangi University takes the second position after failing to maintain their lead. Losing their focus and lousy performance makes them only get minimum points in round 6,8 and 9.

Sam Ratulangi University obtains 141 points and takes home Rp25,000,000,-. While Mataram University is at third with 130 points and the right over Rp10,000,000,-.

16 Universities all over Indonesia has entertain PUBG Mobile eSports fans at Mall Taman Anggrek. The performance from Marion Jola also enlivens the event.

On the other event, Meutia Rahmarianti from Padjadjaran University is selected to be PMCC Campus Ambassador 2019 and become the student representative of PUBG Mobile in Indonesia Universities. Sandika Hadit Prasetyo from Muhammadiyah Jakarta University becomes the RIsing Caster Hunt that accompanies the event of PMCC 2019 Grand Final.
