Tales of Xillia Remaster Officially Announced

Good news for JRPG fans – Bandai Namco has officially announced that Tales of Xillia will be getting a remastered version. This announcement follows the footsteps of previous Tales remasters such as Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition (2019) and Tales of Graces f Remastered, which launched earlier this year.

A Look Back at Tales of Xillia’s Release

The original Tales of Xillia was released in Japan in 2011, followed by a 2013 launch in North America and Europefor the PlayStation 3. The story centers around two protagonists, Jude Mathis and Milla Maxwell, who are forced to work together after preventing the activation of a powerful weapon known as the Lance of Kresnik.

One of the most unique aspects of Tales of Xillia was its dual protagonist system. Players could choose to follow either Jude’s or Milla’s perspective, offering a slightly different narrative route.
