Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King is the first Black Clover movie that presents an interesting story. The antagonist that Asta and friends face in this movie is not only a Magic Emperor in the past, but he is accompanied by three other Magic Emperors. They are Conrad Leto, accompanied by Edward Avarice and Princia Fanibani, and Millie Maxwell.

Somehow, these four powerful wizards who were once Magic Emperors in the Clover Kingdom were able to come back to life. From the trailer above, it seems that Julius, who serves as the current Magic Emperor, will also face them. Not only alone, Asta is also assisted by other Black Bull members and Yuno.

Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King was originally scheduled for release on March 16th 2023, but was postponed due to the COVID pandemic. The first Black Clover movie will be released on Netflix on June 16th 2023. This movie will not be shown on the big screen like XXI or CGV, so make sure you subscribe to Netflix if you want to watch it.

The Black Clover anime was released from October 2017 to March 2021. The reason for the Black Clover anime not being continued is possibly because it is too close to the manga. Most likely this anime will be continued in the future. Look forward to the next news!
