The qualifying round for the Philippine MLBB National Team, known as SIBOL, concluded on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. This final stage featured four well-known teams: Team Falcons PH, Team Liquid PH, TL Academy PH, and ONIC PH.

All the top Philippine MLBB teams vied for the title of the best. This SIBOL qualifying round aims to select the team that will represent the Philippine MLBB National Team at the upcoming IESF World Esports Championship (WEC) 2025.

The selection process was conducted early to ensure thorough preparation for the Philippine SIBOL MLBB team. The qualification was open to all groups, including professional, semi-pro, and community teams, giving everyone an equal opportunity to represent the Philippine MLBB National Team at the IESF WEC 2025.

Ultimately, only one team can emerge as the champion of the SIBOL qualifiers and represent the nation at the upcoming championship.

Team Falcons PH triumphs over Team Liquid PH to secure victory in the 2025 SIBOL Qualifiers!

As mentioned earlier, four teams have successfully made it to the final stage: Team Falcons PH, Team Liquid PH, TL Academy PH, and ONIC PH. These teams will compete again to determine which two will advance to the Final round. In the first match, Team Liquid PH triumphed over ONIC PH with a score of 2-1, securing their spot as the first Grand Finalists.

In the second semi-final, Team Falcons PH defeated Team Liquid Academy PH 2-0, setting up a showdown with TLPH in the Grand Final. The Grand Final will be played in a best of 5 (BO5) format, where the first team to score 3 points wins and represents SIBOL at the upcoming IESF WEC 2025.

This final match features two new teams. In the first game, Team Liquid PH claimed victory over Falcons. The second game saw Falcons equalize, and in the third and fourth games, both teams scored, leading to a 2-2 tie and a decisive fifth game. The fifth game showcased the strength of both teams as they battled to break through each other's defenses.

The combination of KyleTzy and Super Marco led Team Falcons PH, while Team Liquid PH relied on the duo of KarlTzy and OHEB. A pivotal team fight occurred in the 13th minute, where KyleTzy took down SanFord, and Super Marco fell to Sanji. FlapTzy eliminated Jaypee, leaving a 3v2 situation with KarlTzy and Sanji remaining. FlapTzy couldn't hold on, and KyleTzy eliminated KarlTzy, giving Team Falcons PH the upper hand.

Sanji retreated to the base in a 1v2 scenario, but KyleTzy achieved a wipeout for Team Falcons PH, allowing them to push into the TLPH base and secure victory in the SIBOL qualifiers, earning the Philippines' spot at the IESF WEC 2025.
