Many One Piece fans suspect that Crocodile is actually a woman. This started from Ivankov's threat to Crocodile in the Impel Down arc, who would reveal his secret if he dared to mess around. Ivankov has the Horu Horu no Mi ability which can even change human gender.

For some reason, it's possible that Ivan used this ability on Crocodile to turn him into a man. In the first episode of One Piece Live Action, we can see several important characters at Gol D. Roger's execution, such as Shanks, Mihawk, and Smoker. The concern is the woman in the picture below!

This woman has earrings similar to Crocodile. In the anime and manga, Crocodile is only shown from behind. It could be that at that time Crocodile was still a woman. The appearance of this woman strengthens the theory that Crocodile is originally a woman.
