1. Different Names in Different Regions
This game has different names in different regions. In the American version, this game is titled Yu-Gi-Oh! GX: The Beginning of Destiny. In the European version, this game is titled Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force Evolution. In Japan, this game is titled Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monster GX Tag Force Evolution.
In Japan, this game was released on December 6, 2007, then, a day after, the game was released in England. The game was released on January 8, 2008, in the United States.
2. Adaptation
As the name suggests, this game is adapted from the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, which is the second series of Yu-Gi-Oh! and still related to the first one. This anime tells of Yuki Judai, a talented and extraordinary young duelist who attends Duel Academy. However, when he entered the Duel Academy, his test score was so low that he was placed at the level of Osiris Red.
He is stubborn, optimistic, fun, and talented in duels. Over time, Judai becomes the best duelist in the academy and saved the world and academy from many threats such as Kagemaru, Sartorius Light Destruction Organization, Yubel, and the evil spirit Nightshroud. After studying for three years, he graduated from the Duel Academy and traveled around the world.

3. Tag Team Feature
What's interesting about this game is the tag team feature, where players can swap positions with their chosen partners. Duel Academy has a tradition of holding a Tag Duel Tournament every year. Later, you will participate in this event and choose one of the duelists to become your partner in the Tag Duel.
You are free to change players when you duel each turn. All the cards in the arena can also be used by both players. Your duel partner will determine the outcome of the Tag Duel Tournament.
4. Has More than 2400 Different Cards
Unlike the previous series such as Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories (PS1) and Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelist of The Roses (PS2), this game has more playable cards. There are more than 2400 types of cards that you can choose to make the deck according to your heart’s content.
5. Password
Each physical Yu-Gi-Oh! card has a code at the bottom left that can be used as a password in this game. First, you have to open the Lab, then enter it, then look for the password menu. By entering the code, later you will get the card for Duel Points (DP). You can get DP after a duel.
