The first VCT Pacific Stage has indeed completed the Group Stage round. Now, the Valorant franchise league is currently undergoing the Playoff round, which leaves the Lower Bracket Final and Grand Final matches.

Later, the top three teams in the Pacific regional franchise league will get direct tickets to the VCT Masters Shanghai at the end of May 2024. These three teams have also been selected to represent the Pacific region in this international tournament.

Then, who are the three VCT Pacific Stage 1 teams that managed to qualify for the 2024 Shanghai Masters? Check out more information here!

1. T1

The first team to successfully secure tickets to VCT Pacific Stage 1 was T1. This South Korean team managed to secure the first ticket after beating Gen.G with a score of 2-1 in the Upper Bracket Semifinals, making it straight to the Upper Bracket Final.

T1 this season presents many new figures. One of them is a veteran Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO) player from Indonesia who is now involved in the competitive Valorant scene called Xccurate. He is also the older brother of another well-known Valorant player, namely f0rsakeN from Paper Rex.

Unfortunately, T1 lost to Paper Rex in the Upper Bracket Final. This made the team from South Korea have to go down to the Lower Bracket Final and meet again with Gen.G.

The next team that succeeded in securing tickets to VCT Masters Shanghai 2024 was Paper Rex. They got their ticket after beating DRX 2-1 in the Upper Bracket Semifinals, making them qualify for the Upper Bracket Finals.

In the Upper Bracket Finals itself, f0rsakeN met his older brother, Xccurate who was in T1. He also managed to silence his older brother with a score of 2-0. Making Paper Rex the first team to qualify for the Grand Final of VCT Pacific Stage 1.

Apart from f0rsakeN who is a player from Indonesia, there is one more Indonesian pro player in Paper Rex. Yep, that's Mindfreak.

3. Gen.G

The last team to qualify for VCT Masters Shanghai 2024 was Gen.G. Yes, this team from South Korea managed to get a ticket to Shanghai even though they lost to T1 in the Upper Bracket Semifinals.

However, their defeat meant they had to fight again in the Lower Bracket Semifinals round, and met DRX. They also won over DRX with a score of 2-1.

This victory made them advance to the Lower Bracket Final and will meet again with T1. The two of them will fight for the last place in the Grand Final of VCT Pacific Stage 1 and meet Paper Rex.

Those are the three VCT Pacific Stage 1 teams that have been confirmed to qualify for the 2024 Shanghai Masters.
