The first trailer showing the opening animation for the mobile RPG game Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade has finally been shown on Youtube. The game developed by Sumzap will launch for iOS and Android sometime in 2022 in Japan.

The opening featured the song Avant by Eve. Some of the figures involved for this game include Takuji Miyamoto (animator of Jujutsu Kaisen) as director and story writer, Shimizu Takako (animated director of Chainsaw Man). Then as Chief Animation Director there was Eiko Matsushima (Jujutsu Kaisen “Juju Sanpo”), then the color designers were Kim Jeong-ryeon and Teppei Itou (Jujutsu Kaisen, Jujutsu Kaisen 0).

Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade will feature a number of events included in the Jujutsu Kaisen anime and will also let players have multiple perspectives of different characters. The main cast of Jujutsu Kaisen as well as various supporting characters such as Nanami Kento, Yaga Masamichi, Ultimate Mechamaru, and Ieiri Shoko will be playable. While several others such as Ryomen Sukuna, Geto Suguru, Mei Mei, and Hanami will only be present as non-playable characters.

Players will be able to bring teams of four characters into battle. The game will also feature several new characters, all of them from Jujutsu High School in Fukuoka. They include Rindo Saki (Rina Satou), Yuki Kaito (Koutaro Nishiyama) and their school principal Nagino Kensuke (Rikiya Koyama).

The cool thing is that for Rindo Saki and Yuki Kaito they can be played by gamers later. How is it? The animation is really cool, isn't it even though it was launched for mobile games?
