On social media, many expressed their grief, creating memes and videos honoring "RIP Tung Tung Tung Sahur." Some reports even mentioned that players' children were in tears over the loss of their favorite character.

To date, the future of Tung Tung Tung Sahur in Steal a Brainrot remains uncertain. Momentum Lab has stated that they are open to discussions with the developers regarding the character's return. However, Sammy has not yet confirmed when or if the character will actually return.
