Valve has announced the location for the major DOTA 2 tournament for the 2023 period. There are three countries chosen by Valve namely Lima in Peru, Berlin in Germany, and finally the most surprising one is Bali in Indonesia.

The Major in Lima for the Winter Tour, the Major in Berlin for the Spring Tour, and the Major in Bali for the Summer Tour. As additional information, the appointment of Bali as the location for the DOTA 2 tournament has made Indonesia the host twice. In 2018, the GESC: DOTA 2 Minor tournament was held in Jakarta. Hopefully, Bali being chosen as the location for the DOTA 2 tournament is a sign that there will be more Indonesian representatives participating in The International 2023.
