On May 2, 2025, Udil took to his Instagram to address the rumors surrounding him and his wife regarding alleged immoral and criminal activities. In his statement, he emphasized that they have been adhering to the legal and medical protocols established in Indonesia. 

"Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. We humbly wish to clarify the various slanders that have been circulating about my wife and me. It’s not that we don’t care, but since April 25, 2025, we have opted to respect and follow the legal and medical procedures in place in the Republic of Indonesia. We trust that the truth will come to light through proper and objective means," Udil wrote. 

He further explained that they had refrained from sharing information earlier because the claims against them were merely speculation without any legitimate legal or medical foundation. Unfortunately, a lot of misinformation has spread and been accepted by some individuals, including media, colleagues, and even family members. 

Udil acknowledged that this situation has been a significant challenge for both him and his wife, but he assured that he would soon disclose the facts regarding the ongoing legal matters. He expressed gratitude to those who continue to support him during this difficult time. 

"This is undoubtedly a heavy burden for us, but we recognize that limited information can lead to various interpretations. Therefore, we are dedicated to providing clear and accurate information based on the ongoing legal and medical processes.
