The final match of the UniPin Ladies Series Southeast Asia Championship 2022 closed on Sunday (28/8) night. The final victory was held by Bigetron Era after conquering RRQ Mika with a score of 4-1. This victory was also Bigetron Era's 17th victory in the Southeast Asia MLBB Ladies Tournament.

After taking place last August 22, the UniPin Ladies Series SEA Championship 2022 tournament entered the final round on August 28. For one week, the eight best teams fought for the title. In the end, Bigetron Era was firmly in the number one post, followed by RRQ Mika in the second position and Smart Omega in the third position respectively.

Bigetron Era, which dominated the tournament series from the start, secured the final slot after defeating RRQ Mika in the upper bracket final, Saturday (27/8). Apparently, RRQ Mika who was thrown into the lower bracket showed determination to challenge Bigetron Era through another el classico opportunity. RRQ Mika finished off Smart Omega quickly with a final score of 3-0 in Sunday's opening match (28/8). Even so, it turned out that RRQ Mika's revenge had not been achieved and they must submit 4-1 to Bigetron Era.

In the end, the champion not only brought home the title and trophy, but also a cash prize. The UniPin Ladies Series SEA Championship 2022 tournament came with a total prize pool value of USD8,000 or the equivalent of almost Rp120 million. Debora Imanuella as UniPin Community SVP explained that this tournament was held as a forum for women throughout Southeast Asia to develop their talents.

“The UniPin Ladies Series SEA Championship was prepared as a forum for a fair, professional and competitive tournament. We are trying to form a match system that can challenge the skills of the players. In addition, we also want to give a show that motivates the audience, especially those who are women; carries the message to participate in a competition of this size, in the class of Southeast Asia. It is no longer a dream for women,” said Debora.
