EA and Respawn Entertainment announced that the latest update for Apex Legends Mobile, entitled Cold Snap, was officially launched today. Less than a month since its release, Apex Legends Mobile has reached 23 million players worldwide and by delivering an extensive variety of content Cold Snap is just the beginning.

In addition to bringing a number of important updates such as a new Battle Pass full of interesting things to unlock, the Cold Snap update is also a moment to add one of the popular Legends from the PC and console versions, the only Translocating Thief, Loba.

Along with Loba's arrival into the ranks of Legends, the Cold Snap update on Apex Legends Mobile will also feature the Climatizer Town Takeover, a tool that can change the climate in World's Edge. Located right above the Train Yard, this tool by Hammond Robotics has the ability to change the climate, bringing an early winter to Apex games (including the new Cryo Grenade).

The climatizer will turn on and off during gameplay, partially covering World's Edge with snow and offering players various attractive prizes. When the Climatizer is active, players can check the mini map to collect a number of diamonds from the Frozen Chest which can later be used to buy rare items in the Seasonal Shop. Diamonds can also be obtained from fallen enemies.

Loba can be obtained from the Battle Pass level 25 or through the Shop. Keep in mind, in Apex Legends Mobile, Legend Progression will provide new abilities for Loba players, including the advantage of taking other players' banners. The Cold Snap update also brings a new Battle Pass consisting of two models, namely Premium and Premium Plus, with a number of attractive bonuses.
