Here’s the Complete List of One Piece Movies Based on the Release Date!

This is the list of One Piece movies based on the release order from oldest to newest!

Up until now, One Piece has spawned 14 movies. The last movie released was One Piece Stampede. This time, Dunia Games would like to give you the list of One Piece movies based on the release order from the oldest to the latest. Take a look at the list below!

1. One Piece: The Movie

One Piece: The Movie is the first One Piece feature film which was released on March 4, 2000. There were only four Straw Hat crews at that time who were still sailing in East Blue. After meeting the thieves, the Straw Hats dealt with the famous pirate named Eldoraggo to find Captain Woonan's treasure.

Eldoraggo is a tough opponent. The user of the Goe Goe no Mi can create sound waves that can produce explosions.

2. One Piece: Clockwork Island Adventure

Clockwork Island Adventure is the second One Piece movie which was released on March 3, 2001. This film is set shortly after Sanji joined the Straw Hats. The problem the Straw Hats faced here was their ship, Going Merry, was stolen by the Captain Bear pirates.

After that, they team up with a group of thieves to visit the mysterious Clockwork Island and battle Captain Bear to reclaim Going Merry. Not only that, but Captain Bear also forced Nami to marry him.

3. Chopper's Kingdom on the Island of Strange Animals

Chopper's Kingdom on the Island of Strange Animals is the third One Piece film which was released on March 2, 2002. This movie focuses more on Chopper in Crown Island. This time, Chopper was separated from the Straw Hat crew. Over time, he began to like life on the island.

Even so, Luffy tried to get Chopper back to the ship. Later, Chopper and the others faced Count Battler, a treasure hunter who wanted to take control of the island.

4. Dead End Adventure

Dead End Adventure is the fourth One Piece film which was released on March 1, 2003. In this film, the Straw Hat crew participated in a pirate race, facing the ocean and dangerous pirates. They also faced off against a former Marine turned pirate, Gasparde.

Gasparde himself had planned to get rid of all the participants and win the match alone. In the fight against Gasparde, Luffy's straw hat was almost crushed by him. Luffy must fight hard against the user of the Ame Ame no Mi.

5. The Cursed Holy Sword

The Curse Holy Sword is the fifth One Piece film and released on March 6, 2004. This film focuses on Zoro reminiscing about someone from his past. Unexpectedly, Zoro also intended to attack his friends.

The interesting point of this film is the scene where Zoro betrayed the Straw Hats. There is also a story of a sword forged with hatred to give a curse. We will also be told a little about Zoro's past in this movie.

6. Baron Omatsuri And The Secret Island

Baron Omatsuri And The Secret Island is the sixth One Piece film released March 5, 2005. This film looks like a horror film because of the arrival of the Straw Hats on a mysterious island. They also have to accept the challenge from the owner of the island to be able to leave safely. Later in the movie, the Straw Hat crew were abducted one by one to be sacrificed as a ritual offering by the people.

7. The Giant Mechanical Soldier Of Karakuri Castle

The Giant Mechanical Soldier Of Karakuri Castle is the seventh One Piece film and released on March 4, 2006. This film presents many hilarious scenes from the Straw Hat crew who hunted for a legendary treasure and fought against machine-shaped opponents.

The puzzles in the search for treasure are quite exciting. In this film, we will also find out where Luffy learned about Gear Second.

8. The Desert Princess and the Pirates: Adventures in Alabasta

This is a summary of everything that happened at the Arabasta arc. From the initial conflict with the Baroque Works group to the fight against Crocodile. The movie was released on March 3, 2007.

9. Episode of Chopper Plus: Bloom in the Winter, Miracle Sakura

This is a summary of the episodes of everything that happened during the Drum Island arc. This tells the story of the Straw Hats' conflict with Wapol, as well as when Chopper joined the Straw Hats. The film was released on March 1, 2008.

10. One Piece: Strong World 

Strong World is the 10th One Piece film that features one of the best adventures in the series. In the film, which was released on December 12, 2009, Luffy faced against Shiki the Golden Lion, to the point Shiki enraged and made the entire island float.

Shiki himself was once Roger's rival who was caught by the authority and thrown into Impel Down. To stop Shiki's wild ambitions and save his friends, Luffy decided to fight against the legendary pirate.

11. One Piece 3D: Straw Hat Chase

The eleventh film was released on March 19, 2011. It is told by an old pirate, Schneider who is chased by a dog named Buzz, and Schneider asks Buzz to do something for him.

On the other hand, Luffy's Straw Hats mysteriously disappeared while they were in the ocean. Usopp, who saw the flying bird when he woke up at night, suspected that it was the bird that abducted his friends.

12. One Piece Film: Z

Z is the best One Piece film according to fans. Released on December 15, 2012, tells the story of Z, a pirate who tries to end the pirate era. The figure whose real name is Zephyr was once a Navy Admiral who had trained Kizaru, Akainu, and Aokiji.

The story and dialogue presented in this film may be the best compared to the others. The scene after Luffy's fight against Z was also quite touching and could make some fans shed tears.

13. One Piece Film: Gold

Gold focuses on the adventures of Luffy and friends at a famous casino owned by Gild Tesoro. Later, the Straw Hats fought against the owner, Gild Tesoro himself. Many pirates were cheated by Tesoro and made slaves in that place. He would also do the same to the Straw Hats.

Tesoro ate the Goru Goru no Mi, which able to turn him into a golden man. With that ability, Tesoro was also able to build the casino. The film was released on July 23, 2016.

14. Stampede

Stampede is the 14th One Piece movie and was released on August 9, 2019. This film tells of Luffy's adventures at the Pirate Festival to find the treasure left by Gol D. Roger.

Luffy's opponent here is Roger's former crew, Douglas Bullet, whose strength is considered equal to Silver Rayleigh. The most interesting part of this movie is the alliance between pirates, Shichibukai, revolutionaries, and Marines.
