A video showed up in Koei Tecmo Youtube Channel which also showed a girl and a glimpse of gameplay from Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors. Turns out that the video was a teaser for their next game by this duo, Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate.

Warrior Orochi 4 Ultimate is an updated version from the previous game, Warrior Orochi 4, and it has many new features and other various improvements - furthermore, new characters have been added, which will surpass the total 170 playable characters in this crossover game.

According to Famitsu magazine, Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate will have 2 new collaboration characters, Gaia and Jeanne d’Arc. Gaia is a mythology character who claimed to stronger than Zeus. And Jeanne d’Arc is an iconic character who makes a return to the series originated from Bladestorm series.

Aside from new collaboration characters, Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate also provides two new gameplay modes. The first mode, Infinity Mode, allows you to create a team that consists of three characters and must fight endlessly in the battlefield filled with tough enemies. The next one is a new course for Challenge Mode, where you can access it online to compete with other players from all over the world.

Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate slated for December release in Japan for Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch. And as for the west version will also come to PC on February 2020.
