Furyu Corporation announced its plans to release Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs: The Thrilling Steamy Maze Kiwami, a new PC version of the game Yuragi-so no Yuna-san: Yukemuri Dungeon which was previously launched for PlayStation 4. Via the Steam platform, this anime game will support English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, although a release date has not been announced at this time.

Want to soak in hot springs or explore a maze? Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs is here as an RPG that brings experiences in both worlds! Improve your character's strength in hot springs, then face clothing-ripping hazards to clear challenging mazes! A new story filled with awesomeness, the warmth of hot springs, and exciting adventures is ready to be explored!

The game Yuragi-so no Yuna-san: Yukemuri Dungeon was first released on PS4 in Japan in November 2018.

The manga Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs by Tadahiro Miura began serialization in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in February 2016 and ended in June 2020. The final book volume, the 24th volume, was launched in December 2020 and also includes an OVA. Seven Seas Entertainment released the manga series in English.

This anime series adaptation of the manga Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs premiered in July 2018 and ran for 12 episodes. Aniplex of America broadcast the series via streaming
