The years he's trained his agility and agility, coupled with his mental fortitude have made him one of Spider-Man's most formidable foes. His physical strength cannot be underestimated, with his sizeable body the Kingpin is also difficult to overthrow. It takes intelligence to defeat the great enemy of Spider-Man who is also the mortal enemy of other Marvel characters such as Daredevil, Punisher, and even Hawkeye and Echo.

2. Herman Schultz aka Shocker

Shocker is an enemy of Spider-Man that will be quite difficult for you when playing Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered. Using a vibro shock unit of his own design, Herman Schultz aka Shocker was one of the first super villains that Spider-Man faced in Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered. This encounter will prove beneficial to Spider-Man as he will develop his sense of concern for the innocent civilians to be saved.

His concern was that if Spider-Man judged that engaging in fights with criminals would endanger innocent civilians, he would decide to withdraw from the fight and catch the criminals at a more convenient time.

3. Lonnie Lincoln aka Tombstone

Tombstone is a super-villain character who has high endurance in Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered. With his nearly invincible superhuman strength, Tombstone is one of Spider-Man's more dangerous foes.

He relies heavily on his strength when fighting rather than using brains and strategies to outsmart his opponent. That principle often results in Tombstone's defeat against Spider-Man. Despite this, he loves exciting challenges and is always looking forward to the next fight.

4. Mac Gargan aka Scorpion

Scorpion is a super villain dressed as a scorpion in Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered. Mac Gargan used to be a regular street criminal until he signed up to incorporate his body into a mechanical costume and became known as the Scorpion.

8. Martin Li aka Mr. Negative

You could say Mr. Negative is the main villain in Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered. After being orphaned at the age of seven, Martin Li grew up in an orphanage in Manhattan. At the age of 18, he went to China and became a billionaire in the shipping industry. Nine years later, he returns to New York and manages F.E.A.S.T. as a shelter for the homeless.

As Martin Li's alter ego, Mr. Negative has the ability to generate and control negative energy. He can effectively control people's minds and even give a small portion of his abilities to members of his terrorist group called the Inner Demons.

9. Otto Octavius aka Doctor Octopus

Doc Ock is Peter Parker's mentor who later turns into a villain in Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered. As a scientist with a brilliant intellect, Otto Octavius was able to design elegant and effective solutions to even the most complex problems. Although other young people would have role models of superheroes like Captain America or Iron Man as their childhood idols, Peter has always admired Dr. Octavius.

After leaving Oscorp, the company he co-founded with Norman Osborn, Octavius founded his own company called Octavius Industries. Peter was initially hired for an internship during the summer but has since worked full-time for him.

After ignoring Peter's warnings about the effects of neural interfaces on his mind, Otto Octavius transforms into a revenge-obsessed Doctor Octopus. With his new mechanical arm granting him superhuman powers, he is desperate for revenge on his former partner, Norman Osborn. Even with all the evil deeds that Doctor Octopus had done, Peter still believed that Dr. Octavius can still be saved.

10. Taskmaster

With the ability to imitate the movements and powers of his enemies, Taskmaster has arrived in New York City to study Spider-Man. He has set up several "challenges" across the city to learn how Spider-Man can operate and how to replicate his powers. Although the motive behind this challenge is unclear, Spider-Man is ready to fight him in his own game which is a side mission in Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered.

11. Silver Sablinova aka Silver Sable

Born into a royal family as the daughter of Ernst, the king of the Eastern European country Symkaria, Silver Sablinova is the CEO of a paramilitary force called Sable International. After the bribed police officer Wilson Fisk is arrested, Mayor Norman Osborn hires Sable’s company to take control of New York City.

12. Norman Osborn aka Green Goblin

Although the legendary old green villain cannot be fought in Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered, Norman Osborn (the first incarnation of the Green Goblin) appears in the game in a different capacity, namely as Mayor of New York.

Norman Osborn is the co-founder and CEO of Oscorp, the world's largest technology company. He is also the current mayor of New York where he often uses his political power to carry out his agenda. Still, Peter had no ill will towards him as he was the father of his best friend named Harry Osborn.
