The Tower of Fantasy game again introduces the SSR level Simulacra named Saki Fuwa which is available on November 10, 2022! Who is she and what are her strengths?

Who is Saki Fuwa?

Saki Fuwa is the captain of the Security Special Forces in Mirroria, her hometown. She is the only real human in the Security Special Forces, as she has never undergone any biomechanical modifications. She likes the ancient fighting style of kendo, and often wears the traditional kendo uniform.

Saki Fuwa is a Simulacra that uses the Frost element. She uses a weapon called Heartstream. This weapon can give an Ice Shell effect, where when exposed to an attack, the enemy will freeze and be affected by the Frostbite effect which reduces the charge rate of the enemy's weapon.

Heartstream also has Frost Resonance, where when equipped with two or more other Frost weapons, Heartstream's Frost ATK and Frost Resistance will increase.

Apart from the prowess of wielding her weapons, Saki Fuwa's other skill is Super Flow, an ability to completely focus on a single point which can result in incredible attacks and combat power!

Saki Fuwa Attack and Skill 

Attack

• Saki Fuwa's attacks consist of Flowing Springs, Heavenbreak Waterfall (jump, attack), Surging Heart Style - Vortex (hold attack), Frostfall (jump, hold attack), Calm Style - Broken Spring (hold attack in Calm Style mode) and Frigid Tide (dodge, attack).

Skill

• Surging Heart Style - Glimpse of Ning Quan: When used, this skill will release a dash towards the enemy, stopping the enemy's movement and dealing delayed damage.
• Calm Style - Gathering Springs: When charging, this skill can absorb damage. After charging is complete, the enemy will be exposed to Frost damage based on the previously absorbed damage.
• Passive: There are two passive skill modes, namely Surging Heart Style and Calm Style mode. Surging Heart Style grants Frost ATK to enemies while restoring health from damage dealt. Calm Style provides a block against enemy attacks and if the block is successful, then the enemy will be hit by a counter attack.
• Heart of Lotus: When the weapon charge is full or when Phantasia is triggered, this skill will remove all debuffs and then give a combo attack to the enemy.
