What are the best SpongeBob Squarepants episodes to watch? Let's see the discussion of the 10 best SpongeBob episodes below. Are you ready kids?!

1. "Club SpongeBob" (Season 3, Episode 2)

This SpongeBob Squarepants episode tells of Squidward who tries to get into SpongeBob and Patrick's secret club.

Squidward may be too civilized to hang out with SpongeBob and Patrick on most days, but he also likes exclusivity. Since we usually see Squidward avoid SpongeBob and Patrick, this episode shows another side of Squidward. Magic clams do have a way of destabilizing things like that.

"Why should every 11 minutes of my life be filled with misery?" —Squidward

2. "The Camping Episode" (Season 3, Episode 17)

3. "Krusty Krab Training Video" (Season 3, Episode 10)

How the creators came up with this episode, we'll never know. This entire episode highlights what everyone already knows, which is how talented the creators who work on the actual SpongeBob SquarePants animation are. With only one voice actor, the narrator, who does most of the talking, the scriptwriting and animation carry over the entire episode. Without SpongeBob, Patrick, or anyone else talking a lot throughout this episode, this episode of training videos for employees who work at the Krusty Krab is still one of SpongeBob's best episodes!

"But what does POOP mean? It's actually a carefully orchestrated code. Look closely: People Order Our Patties." —Narrator

4. "Frankendoodle" (Season 2, Episode 14)

This episode of SpongeBob Squarepants tells the story of SpongeBob who uses a magic pencil to draw a character that can live and create chaos in Bikini Bottom.

"Me Hoy Minoy!" With those words, Doodle Bob came to life. SpongeBob Squarepants is a great show in many ways, but it's also utterly ridiculous in terms of silliness. "Frankendoodle" is as ridiculous as the funniest episodes in the series. Everyone who watched this episode must have kept a straight face as Patrick shouted, "FINLAND!"

"He's terrible! He makes me sick just looking at him. Those big, bulging eyes, that square body, those two teeth, and that stupid tie!" —Patrick

5. "Squidville" (Season 2, Episode 6)

This SpongeBob Squarepants episode tells about Squidward who finally got fed up with SpongeBob and he moved to Squidville.

We may have seen this episode as children, but it teaches valuable life lessons for our adulthood. Sometimes we get what we want only to find out that we don't know what we want. Just as Squidward thought he just wanted peace and his daily routine, but apparently he also craved a little chaos in his life.

"Squidward, you're steaming. You're like steamed vegetables, but smarter." -Spongebob

The animated series SpongeBob SquarePants never disappoints by presenting a brave and cheerful man with a grunt that makes no sense. In one of the earliest episodes of the animated series, almost all of the 11 minutes feature Tom Kenny and Rodger Bumpass (voice actors of SpongeBob and Squidward) talking to each other. Their chemistry, or lack thereof, makes it a lot of fun to watch.

Even after 20 years, SpongeBob SquarePants has always had a strong identity. And when Squidward defends SpongeBob at the end of this episode, we see why Squidward never stays away from his annoying neighbor.

"It's not just a boulder. It's a rock." —Spongebob

There are several things that define the story of the animated series SpongeBob Squarepants. It is Plankton who is always trying to steal the Krabby Patty formula and Squidward gets annoyed with SpongeBob. But at the heart of the SpongeBob SquarePants story is SpongeBob and his best friend, Patrick Star. After all, that's why The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie story focuses on their friendship.

In "The Fry Cook Games," we saw these two best friends face each other. When their suitcase drops and we see Patrick in yellow underwear and SpongeBob in pink, that's all it takes for the two to remember that they shouldn't fight with each other. An episode of the SpongeBob animated series with two best friends at the center? It was the best episode of SpongeBob SquarePants.
