Heihachi Mishima is one of the main characters in the Tekken series. He made his debut in the first Tekken and he also returns for all subsequent titles in Bandai Namco's fighting game franchise. Despite being seen as the main protagonist and anti-villain of the second game, he is the main antagonist of the Tekken series as he is almost always responsible for the events in the game's story.
His influence on the story seems to have diminished since Tekken 5 as he has become a minor character in the storyline, but in Tekken 7, Heihachi is again part of the main storyline and returns as the main antagonist and evil protagonist. 4. Heihachi is not the Main Cause of Conflict in the Tekken series
If you think that Heihachi Mishima is the main cause of conflict between the demons in Tekken, you are wrong. Because, the main mastermind who caused the real conflict was Heihachi's wife, Kazumi Mishima. This was revealed in Tekken 7.

The conflict started in the game Tekken 1, and finally ended in Tekken 7 with the victory of Heihachi who remained in control of the Mishima Zaibatsu company until he died.

Heihachi Mishima is the organizer of the 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 7th Tekken Tournaments or The King of Iron Fist Tournament. He is the last boss of Tekken 1, but if you play the game using Heihachi, the final boss is Kazuya. Heihachi is also the boss of Tekken 4 and the sub-boss of Tekken 3 and Tekken 7. Heihachi's fighting style is Mishima Karate, a fighting style that he also taught Kazuya, Lee, and Jin. In most of the game's stories, he is the CEO of the Mishima Zaibatsu, although there are times when he loses control of the company to his relatives.
