The Academy Award-winning actress has previously separated herself from the MCU, and believes she will not be playing Jane Foster again.
However, Portman's return to Avengers: Endgame is a bit tricky. The footage used in Avengers: Endgame is from a deleted scene from the aforementioned Thor sequel, though Portman had to do the additional voiceover for the performance. 6. She didn't Attend the Star Wars The Phantom Menace Premiere to Study for Her High School Exam
If you were a star at one of the biggest and most anticipated film shows of all time, you'd probably think you'd leave everything behind and attend its premiere. However, not so with Natalie Portman.
The actress, who played Queen Padme Amidala in the blockbuster Star Wars The Phantom Menace, was still in high school at the time, and she allegedly chose not to attend the film's premiere in order to study for her final exams. As an educated woman, Portman often put her studies first.
She attended Harvard University from 1999 to 2003 to study psychology and returned to the prestigious university to give her opening speech in 2015. In an interview, Portman said she doesn't care if college destroys her acting career. She would rather be smart than just be a movie star.
