1. Born in Shandong

Zhuge Liang, who lived from 181 to 234, proclaimed himself Kong Ming, and was nicknamed Wo Long. Zhuge is best known for his role as Liu Bei's adviser during the Three Kingdoms period in Chinese history. He was born in Yangdu, what is now Yishui district, Shandong province, China.

6. Making Legal Reforms in Shu

Zhuge Liang said that in order to govern the country well, it is necessary to first rely on virtue to encourage and educate, and add clear legal institutions and a system of rewards and punishments.
