Lumitoile is a new local specialty material found in Fontaine, this material was released along with the Genshin Impact 4.1 update. The newest character Neuvillette requires 168 Lumitoile material items to maximize his character level. You can collect this material near the beach or also on the underwater surface. In-game notes state this material is a soft-bodied animal that emits a soft light and can be found underwater or climbing buildings near water sources. Its appearance is very similar to a starfish, and its bright blue color will make it easier for players to harvest it. Lumitoile First Location : Liffey Region

You can find around 74 pieces of material in the Liffey Region of Fontaine. You can teleport to The Statue of The Seven and go to Mont Esus to start farming Lumitoile in Genshin Impact.

Then you can go to the west coast of the Fontaine Research Institute to find all the materials. You can take all the materials easily because they are close to each other. Fortress of Meropide contains many Lumitoile materials that you can obtain freely and don't forget to make sure some of these materials are not overlooked in the underwater cave.

Lumitoile Second Location : North-East of General Laboratory Ruins

In the second location you can find five materials in the North-East of General Laboratory Ruins. The location of this material is near the water's edge, and it should be easy to find. After farming the specialty material it will take 48 hours to reappear at the location mentioned above.

So, those are two locations to find Lumitoile that you can collect quickly and efficiently. If you want to take it all in, you need to open several teleport waypoints to make farming easier.
